Worldwide Support
As a service to assist users worldwide (all products including Fuji systems), we provide telephone and e-mail product support free of charge. This includes software updates (links to our protected download site), application support and advice about faulty instruments. We can put you in touch with local service facilities if required, or if these are not available we can provide contact to an engineer from a neighbouring territory.

We provide comprehensive on-site service support for all our products backed up by a comprehensive stock of service supplies and techhnical resources.
Support is provided on both an ad-hoc and contract basis. Our reasonable rates enable systems to be maintained at peak performance within economic budgets |

Telephone and E-mail Technical Support
Access to our technical support is free. Many services are available. We can quickly diagnose technical difficulties with systems and provide options for remedial service. We have a large technical resource for software upgrades and re-installation procedures allowing users to easily upgrade their computing hardware and software without the expense of a service visit.
We also can provide operation manuals in PDF format without charge available for immediate download.

For a modest fee we can relocate, refurbish and provide training for new users. Our systems have longevity and this is enhanced by our support systems which make the systems which we have provided them most cost effective on the market.
